I was already in a impatient mood that day, so it didn’t help that the delivery showed up late. There also weren’t any clear updates along the way, which made it more annoying because I wasn’t sure when to expect it.

I ordered from Thahab thinking it would be simple, but the delivery took way longer than expected. What made it worse was the lack of clear updates, so I was just sitting there guessing when it would actually show up. it added a lot of unnecessary stress for something that should’ve been straightforward. By the time it arrived, I was already frustrated. If you need your order on time, I wouldn’t really rely on them.

I had to exchange a bracelet from thahab.com because I accidentally ordered the wrong size. The process was easy enough to follow, and their support team replied the same day, which was a relief.
The pickup was a bit slower than I expected, maybe around 2 extra days, so I was getting a little worried at first. But the WhatsApp updates was helpful and made me feel like things were still moving.

The new bracelet arrived in good condition and the size was right this time. Overall, it was a good experience, I just wish the exchange itself happen a bit faster...

If you’re into simple, classic pieces, it might be fine. I was just looking for a bit more variety and some newer ideas, so I ended up browsing for a while and leaving without buying anything...

Some of the items did look nice, like definitely not bad, but then I’d remember seeing similar stuff for less on other sites. Maybe the quality is better, I don’t know, and the site itself wasn’t terrible or anything. I just kept jumping back and forth between liking a product and feeling like it was more than I wanted to spend. So yeah, probably not the best option if you’re trying to stay on a budget...
